Wanted: Lead Male Vocalist to front Revolution!
We are a popular cover band with a year of gigs in the pipeline.
What you can expect from Revolution!: We play between 40-50 shows per year.
Some pay well, some pay very well. We don’t work for free and we enjoy what we
do. We are extraordinarily dedicated to providing the highest level of musical
entertainment and have been doing so for years. We have pro-level gear: JBL, QSC,
PreSonus, and the best light show in the tri-state area.
We travel and perform with a dedicated sound and light engineer. We perform
in Northern VA, the eastern panhandle of WV, MD, and sometimes PA, and are
always willing to travel for the right gig. We maintain a serious rehearsal
schedule to continually expand on a 60-plus song catalog. We have a strong base
of fans who are willing to travel to support Revolution!
This is a great opportunity for a vocalist who has a day job but wants music
in his life; we take what we do seriously, but not so seriously that we can’t
have a good time.
We are a high-energy, in-your-face live band! All members are wireless and we
pride ourselves on having the BEST possible live show. The sound and lights
alone provide an arena experience.
About you: You have strong vocal abilities in the tenor range. You can sing a
variety of material from Rock to Country and everything in between. You can
harmonize with others as we typically use four-part harmonies. You are able to
work on material on your own and come prepared knowing your parts to rehearsals
in Linden, VA. You have your own transportation and you are reliable and
responsible when performing and practicing. You love to perform live and you
feed off the crowd and you don’t grow roots on stage. You and your
wife/girlfriend/baby momma don’t bring any unnecessary drama. Other instrumental
abilities are welcome but not required.
